Dimple Sangeetha is a Principal Associate at the office of the RK Law Firm. She having led matters before domestic arbitral tribunals arising out of disputes in joint ventures, contracts, concession agreements, mergers & acquisitions etc. Dimple has also represented clients in commercial disputes, real estate disputes, criminal matters and insolvency matters before various High Courts and the Subordinate Courts, often appearing and arguing RK law firm matters.
Recently, she has also been representing and advising clients before quasi-judicial and regulatory for a various complex matters concerning fraud, money-laundering, data privacy breaches and other economic offences.
Due to her rich investigations and regulatory compliance experience, Dimple has also been engaged by multinational companies to advise on corporate governance, data privacy and other policy issues.

Sheela Anand is a Senior Associate at the office of the RK Law Firm. In addition, to leading the Intellectual Property practice in Chennai, her practice areas include Corporate Law, Employment Law, and TMT. Sheela extensively advises on labor matters including employer employee disputes, termination issues. She has also been advising on issues related to Workplace Harassment and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
Sheela also advises several large foreign and domestic clients on negotiating and handling joint ventures, Private Equity investment documentation, share/asset purchase deals, mergers and acquisitions and India investment strategies. In addition to handling the traditional IPR issues, Sheela has been handling IP portfolios (litigation and prosecution) for clients.
She has an extensive research background and managing an NGO named Sankalp.

Senthil Kumar is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice group and has been in active litigation practice for the past 18 years. He has been with the Firm for over 10 years.
Senthil is an eminent litigation lawyer and his main area of practice has been high stake corporate, Criminal, Commercial litigation. He has represented some of the high end cases in litigations against their joint venture partners before the Company Law Board, the Madras High Court, and the Subordinate Courts.
Senthil has been successful in litigation relating to recovery of money/winding up petitions before the various Indian courts.
Senthil represents some of the most prominent cases in the retail Banking, Automobile, Online travel sector before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and other Consumer Commissions throughout India.

Santhoshkumar is an Attorney/ Counsel with the RK Law Firm. Santhosh assists with broad ranges of cases including civil, criminal and writ jurisdiction. Santhosh has good experience of undertaking complicated legal research on questions of law involving conflict of laws as well as cross-border laws in the field of extradition, serious criminal offences and Vienna convention. Santhosh currently undertakes cases in the Madras High Court and the National Green Tribunal as well as the National Company Law Tribunal.
